World Brain Tumor Day


June 8th is commemorated as world Brain tumor day, initiated by The German Brain Tumor Association. It was first observed in the year 2000. thrive for improved patient care and better standard of living for the suffering. A Grey Ribbon as a symbol is aimed to remind the solidarity with brain tumor patients. A brain tumor is an intra-cranial, solid abnormal growth of cells) within the brain, meninges or the spinal cord. Brain tumors can be benign or malignant. It can be primary or secondary tumors.
